The learning I have received while at the Centre has assisted me in recognizing how my thinking has an impact on my mental health. I have also started to recognize some of my habits as a result of my conversations and therapy. This self-reflection and these new perspectives have led me to develop as a person and to obtain a different, more positive perspective on life. I have been able to identify who I am and what I want in life with more clarity.
