I lived there for almost 6 years and couldn't wait to move out! There is mold in many apartments and probably through the whole building. The management company doesn't care about fixing things correctly all they do is put a bandaid on problem! The place hasn't been updated since it was built in 1989!!! The laminated kitchen cabinets are peeling in many apartments and don't even get me started on the roaches!!! Washers and dryers are always breaking down. I moved in just after hurricane Ian. I love living here, people are friendly, staff is helpful. We have a Residents Association and we do a few functions each month ... like a few different game nights, Bingo, Crafts, monthly Birthday Parties and we celebrate holidays together with dances and dinners.
