Extremely disappointed with the billing process, I was given wrong information about my co pay and when asked why they charged me more they replied very rudely that it was a mistake. Charged me a huge amount without any explanation just stating it was a mistake from their end. I am also not happy with the doctor’s procedure, I believe it’s a skin clinic but none of the nurses wanted to even check on my problem. Never going back to this place.
