Terrible Patient support and Phone service!!!! Not even worth one star . Don’t waste your time here ! Waiting 6 weeks called 6 plus times to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Just to be told , after waiting and waiting for the referral coordinator to reach out- we are not accepting new patients! Thank you for waisting my time !!!
I was pleased with the doctor. He was well knowledgeable. He helped me. He answered my questions.
Keven L. Faust PA-C and his staff are amazing. Great customer service from everyone. Everything was explained very clearly and in depth. The entire team was very respectful and professional. Overall, my experience has been very enjoyable.
Multiple issues... 1.) Scheduled appt. and received email welcome letter with "portal credentials" (login and practice url, no password) to register. Clicked on registration link which asked for a login and password. Since a url is not a password, I clicked "forgot password". Asked for my email, dob, and last name: "info not found." Called clinic and was told they couldn't send another registration link, to come in early before appt. to fill out paperwork.
