Overcharged on the follow up. Doctor walked in, asked if I needed any refill medication. I said no, she walked out, and had her assistant came in and took pics of my face. Then I was billed for that visit. She didn't anything at all. Charged me and used my pics for her own classes that she teaches! I should be compensated for those pics, not her. Rarely you will reach people at the office, no matter it's early in the morning, after lunch, or close to closing hour.
PLEASE READ!!! This was the absolute worst doctors visit experience I have ever encountered !!!! First, they make me wait over an hour just to see Dr Houshmand... Who then comes in takes pictures of my face and tells the nurse what to prescribe me with and leaves. As she’s walking out the door I ask her what kind of acne that I have , and she just shook her head and confirmed what I asked. And then straight up walked out. Like Um, HOW RUDE?!? Stay away from them!!!! They do not care about addressing any medical issues it's just a scam for double billing. Whatever the tell you upfront and bill bou for be prepared to keep getting additional bills. They keep billing separate with phone system that doesn't work so you cannot get it resolved. I am shocked they could maintain a medical license based on service and then the billing fraud on top. Bad people. Stay away.
