This was my initial visit, so I expected at least some sort of an exam to see if I had any issues. The doctor did not do an examination of any kind. He asked me what was wrong, and I told him I had concerns about some moles, one of which was not healing. He froze the two spots and took off. The total amount of time (besides waiting in the front area) was six minutes. He was not present for all of this. I am waiting for them to order images so the surgeon will make an appointment with me. Last time I talked with anyone they told me I would get a call "this afternoon or tomorrow". That was 2 weeks ago. I won't go back.

Absolutely, never will go to see her again. Had my 1st appt. Went in early to do my paper work. I was just then told that I had to pay for my office visit up front, which was odd, since I just gave her my insurance card. Then the doctor comes out and asked the when her 11am was at. I am the only one in the waiting room and happened to be standing in front of the receptionist when she said that. And the receptionist says she is right in front of you. We will never recommend Epiphany Dermatology. I was given some cream to use on my face to manage some precancerous spots. I bought the cream from Epiphany, they gave me a sheet of instructions, which I followed. After 5 or 6 days I had extreme burning, blisters, pain, weeping blisters, etc. I went online to the manufacturers web site, it said to wash it off every morning, leave it off all day, reapply each evening. I came in with a back infection. Two PA’s cut skin from the wound for a cancer scan. They made two incisions that left a hole in my back that to date has not healed. They called me back to report no cancer. The issue is they doubled the size of my wound that has become more painful than before my visit. They did not recommend any treatment to aid the healing of their incisions until I called two weeks after my original visit. I have not heard another followup since. On August I had a Mohs' surgery due to facial skin cancer. I was very impressed how friendly,professional, and respectful the nurses and Dr. John are.Thank you very much Excellent care.
