I am waiting for them to order images so the surgeon will make an appointment with me. Last time I talked with anyone they told me I would get a call "this afternoon or tomorrow". That was 2 weeks ago. I won't go back.
I came in with a back infection. Two PA’s cut skin from the wound for a cancer scan. They made two incisions that left a hole in my back that to date has not healed. They called me back to report no cancer. The issue is they doubled the size of my wound that has become more painful than before my visit. They did not recommend any treatment to aid the healing of their incisions until I called two weeks after my original visit. I have not heard another followup since. On August I had a Mohs' surgery due to facial skin cancer. I was very impressed how friendly,professional, and respectful the nurses and Dr. John are.Thank you very much Excellent care.
