The staff who works in this department doesn't even ask a patient for a follow-up appointment. Furthermore, the people here reschedules the appointment for no apparent reason. These two factors could definitely be a violation of medical care.
Awful experience! Currently looking into leaving. Don’t waste your time here. It’s sad because I really like the doctor. But the office staff makes it not worth it. They change things and don’t notify you, different staff gives you different/wrong information. But the worst part is, no one takes accountability. Instead of admitting the wrong and apologizing, I was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and told “yeah, it is what it is” with a smug attitude.
