The whole pick up process is poor. They don't put condiments on your burger but they do ask for a tip on their computer screen when you go to pay. When your order is finally ready they hand you a bag with your burger on the bottom and your fries on the top so that when you go to pull out your burger to put on the condiments they should have added - you have to take your fries out - which by the way are in a shallow paper boat - that fall all over the place. Best burger place in town!! Friendly staff and amazing food. We had the Buffalo burger, truffle fries and 4 cheese fries. Best I have ever had, hands down.

Beyond out of this world!! Celiac AND vegan friendly!! Incredible customer service. Clean, fun, welcoming environment that made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in! My boyfriend who doesn't have any food allergies was just as blown away as I was AND we got to share fries which never happens! Now to get a second shop in St. Augustine! I genuinely think this is the best meal I have had at a restaurant since going gluten and dairy free!! Thank you for making healthy, food allergen friendly food taste good too!!!
Even though upscale burger joints are a trend these days, Epik manages to keep it original. Great meat with awesome toppings, but the best part is the creativity of the menu. so many options. In fact, the only thing I don't like about Epik is trying to decide which burger to have. Great burgers with even better toppings. Be sure save room to split a milkshake with your date.
Best burgers in town. Great staff. I recommend the Epikurean Burger or the Vietnamese Chicken Burger!! Oh so good!!
