Management staff very unprofessional. I had a Pap smear test completed there last month as the speculum falling out apparently test done. Test not completed correctly by dr and have been asked to have test recollected by labs. This test was for cervical cancer follow up and failed to be done. Will never be back. Got abused today for asking for my results to be sent to my dr and they refused
The reason I give Epic Health 4 Stars is because Dr Crouch is not only highly qualified and multi-disciplined but she’s so thorough and caring. She listens (yes how unusual) and gets the whole history. I trust her implicitly, and have not had any issues with reception as those old revues might suggest. Not 5 stars as sadly I can’t always get in to see her she’s so popular. Rightfully so .
Worst receptionists ever, Uncaring, unprofessional. Simple task like answering phone seems to difficult .
