I've only been to one Epic Wings in Santa Ana and the customer service is always amazing. I was afraid to come to a new one and not get the same service. I was right. Sadly. He got my order wrong. I always hate having my food being taken back cause of fear of them messing with it. The food was still incredible and delicious and the place is clean and well kept so 5/5 for that but the customer service was bad.
