Child was seen for appointment at the beginning of November. It is December 16 and I called to check on child’s glasses and was rudely told by whomever answered the phone that they will call when they get them. Dr is always good with my child, the other staff is almost always rude when I’ve called. I have only called twice in the month and a half it’s taking to get the glasses.
As my first time at epic vision Morgan made me feel so comfortable and at ease! It was a pleasant surprise they don’t do the air puff! Not to mention Morgan took fantastic photos of my ease without needing dilation! Will definitely be back next year :)

The same thing happened to me. They added extra charges at the end, when I was just going for yearly eye exam which was fully covered by my insurance. The added charges were not disclosed up front.
As a new patient of this facility, I am hesitant on returning due to lack of disclosure from the front desk staff. During a preventative care visit (annual eye exam) that is fully covered by my insurance, they tagged on an additional charge for a "retinal photo". This had not been disclosed to me prior to service so I suggest anyone considering this practice, to advocate for yourself up front or find a more qualified office and save yourself the unpleasant experience.
