I had a check up at the Dodge City facility this morning and as always it was an enjoyable experience. From the minute you walk in the door the entire staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend it.

Here at epic vision. I guess they were having trouble with a customer over the phone and they were so rude after they hung up they started telling other customers about the call. very unprofessional. Also when you walk in and say good morning at least have the courtesy to say good morning back.

Find a office who does have the professionalism it takes to communicate properly with their patients. Called the office with a question and was obviously politely and nice to the receptionist but unfortunately receptionist was very rude, has a very bad attitude and tone over phone and slammed phone.

My wife saw them for the first time and they were all so friendly. Our toddler ended up destroying her trial pair of contacts the same day she got them, and they were kind enough to give her a new pair when she walked in the next business day. Awesome clinic!
