‼️*Make sure and ask if the tests they perform on you are covered by your insurance*‼️ They did imaging of my eye that is not covered by insurance in place of dilating my eye’s. I was not given the option and I was not informed of the additional cost. I was expecting to pay my $10 copay for the exam but had to pay $49. This test cost $39 which is not a lot of money but I feel like it’s bad business to not give the patient options especially when they will be paying for it out of pocket. Always an easy process with epic vision.
Most of the staff and the doctor were kind and lovely to work with. Unfortunately, I had numerous problems with my glasses prescription and fitting which took a long time to resolve. My daughter, however, had a wonderful experience and loves her glasses.
Absolutely delightful group of ladies! I have never enjoyed an eye doctor appointment more than when I attended my first appointment here! Each person I spoke to and worked with was wonderful and I almost didn’t want my appointment to end!
