Always an easy process with epic vision.
Most of the staff and the doctor were kind and lovely to work with. Unfortunately, I had numerous problems with my glasses prescription and fitting which took a long time to resolve. My daughter, however, had a wonderful experience and loves her glasses.
Absolutely delightful group of ladies! I have never enjoyed an eye doctor appointment more than when I attended my first appointment here! Each person I spoke to and worked with was wonderful and I almost didn’t want my appointment to end!
Update. Picked up my new glasses. They are perfect exactly as I ordered and the staff once again showed their complete professionalism! Could not be happier. Update to the original review that is below. I went in today to order glasses was met with smiles and people who remembered me and they took excellent care of my needs today. I can't imagine a better experience! I have been to many eye doctors in the past and this service just simply goes way above the rest.
