Incredible care from Dr. Mustafa Monis including X-ray, stitches, immediate medications and prescriptions for afterwards. The xray nurse and Dr. Monis were really accommodating even though we went right before closing (it was from an injury that happened at night). Dr. Monis made sure to give tetanus shot, antibiotics to help fight infection, and a steroid to calm inflammation. He carefully did the stitches on my partner’s nose and it really helped heal the gash up. We are very grateful and glad we went here 💙
This clinic is so professionally run. Very easy to check in and be seen on short notice.
Absolutely amazing service and care! I paid, filled out my paperwork, and they called me right back. I waited less than 30 seconds for my vitals to be taken, 5 minutes later the Dr. Came in, diagnosed me right away, sent in prescriptions, done! I will send everyone I know here. Everyone was so kind, and it felt more like family than an Urgent Care facility. Thank you all!! 😊
First time going to the Urgent Care side. I am also a patient on the Epic Pain side. Loved how quick I was seen. I had so much pain on my right shoulder. I had trigger point injections, and got relief almost immediately. As always, Dr. Mustafa Monis always gives me the best care. Not like other Doctors that don't care to hear about the pain you are in. Dr. Lauren Francis is also an amazing Doctor. I also have to mention the whole staff that works there! By far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! They are so nice and welcoming from the front all the way to the back I got the best service! The provider PA Monis was very kind and I recommend anyone who needs urgent care to come and see him!!
