Worst experience ever!! I've had my storage unit for over 3 years and to my surprise discovered mice/rat droppings throughout my belongings. I traveled from the East Coast arranged to have a Upack service deliver my things once they were packed up. I'm soooooo devastated none of my things are worth shipping!! Having a hard time understanding why you'll didn't notify your customers of the infestation at the facility???? When the storage unit prices increased maybe you'll should've tried a new pest control company!! I honestly... read more
