I’ve been seeing Dr. Armen a couple times a year for the last several years so I made my appointment for my annual checkup with Dr. Armen and teeth cleaning. When I arrive, after the X-rays with the Hygienist are done (which had to be done three times because of "tech issues") I’m seated chair waiting for Dr. Armen when strange woman walks in and says, “do you have any issues I need to know about?”. 10/10! This clinic, and especially Shahla and her assistance, truly worked a miracle for me today. I had been dealing with a serious issue with my teeth and extremely swollen and irritated and almost bleeding gums for almost 10 days that urgent care wasn’t able to properly diagnose. From my very first visit, Dr. Shahla was able to diagnose the problem and immediately start the right treatment. I had a wonderful experience at Epic Smile! Dr. Derakhshan, the oral surgeon, was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. He did an excellent job removing my 3 tooth and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. A special thank you to Mina, his wonderful assistant, and Jessica at the front desk for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the whole team. Amazing team, very friendly front desk, and an exceptionally professional medical staff. My appointment started right on time, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
