New owners…..beware! Off to a terrible start they’ll tell you they’re gonna charge you a penny on your card to start with them new on your membership and they charge you $37. And then some kid named Zane gouges the speaker of your new car trying to get the sticker off. Then he tells you he’s gonna help you when you come out of the car wash and disappears. Been slowly getting worse about getting my car clean. They use to be fantastic, not sure what's going on. Im a member and get my car washed twice a week. I drive a challenger so its not an unusual shape of a vehicle. Pictures are right after the wash and I previously got it wash earlier in the week The last picture I posted is after a second pass through the wash.. will probably be searching a new wash place soon
As a loyal customer didn't have any idea they were merging with Blue Bird. Half of the truck got cleaned and the hood of the truck looks like it barely got touched. Not impressed and will be going back tomorrow again to see if they will do it right the first time. Not impressed and questioning if I want to continue supporting them (this is not the first time, and the one on Overland and Meridian I was threatened because I asked for a manager) maybe this is why Epic Shine is no longer....hmmm
The car wash scratched the driver side of my car today.
Cars always come clean and staff is always friendly.
