Just went through and paid for a car wash. The person at the wand as you enter did not bother spraying my windshield until right before I went through giving it no time to soak in and take care of the dirty windshield. As expected, as I came out the windshield was almost unaffected by the wash, only washing away dust but none of the bug spots. I went around and asked for them to redo it. brushes barely touch the vehicle. leaveing dirty streaks all the way up my hood. No tire shine at all. I paid for the full service wash. I'm very disappointed after paying $15. I could do a better job. I've been through plenty of car washes and it was done to my satisfaction.
Helpful and friendly staff. I love their shine guarantee. You can go through again if your car is not spotless. Their vacuums are strong and their vacuum area was clean and well maintained. I even saw an employee cleaning up small bits of litter.
