Extremely poor customer service. As a real estate investor, homeowner, and businessman, I always believe in making sure a job is done to the customer’s satisfaction, even if it may cost me a bit more. For $10,000, I was told this job would be done in one day. First of all job was completed in 5 days, not one. Even 2 would have been acceptable.
