My basement recently had fairly severe water issues due to a sump pump Valve problem. I was referred to Epic Restoration for help with mitigation and cleaning it up. Epic Restoration was recommended to me by a family friend after we experienced a late-night flooding emergency in our upstairs bathroom. In a panic, I left a voicemail for Sam close to midnight on a Friday. To my surprise and relief, I received a response early the next morning, and a crew was at our house shortly after. Back July we got hit with severe rain and flooding back to back. Basement and personal property was damaged severely. Reached out to both Gabriel and Sam, who right away sent over a crew to mitigate the basement. They came out and assets the damages and also answered all of our concerns. They listened to what we want done and we were beyond pleased with the outcome of our newly finished basement.
