There shouldn't even be a review option. Come to this place if you want to get scammed. Terrible service and unintelligent workers. A worker tried to say that wheeler was going slow when testing it upon inspection. Didn't put the seat belt on. Which caused it to go slow due to a pre-set safety protocol on the wheeler.
They are priced well. Friendly service
Extremely poor customer service. We rented a boat and jet ski here during Labor Day Weekend. Our rental started 30 min late because the people renting the jet ski before us were late. We were told multiple times by the employees that we would have extra time with the boat and jet ski because it started late (i.e. returning the boat at 6:30pm would be fine). Would not recommend this company. The jet ski we ordered was not there for our 2 PM start time, and was not ready until 2:30 due to a late customer. The employee (who was actually awesome, Alex? Alice?) told us it was okay for us to come back at 6:30, for our 4 hour paid reservation. When we arrived back at 6:30, the guy manager charged us for an additional hour and gave us EXTREME attitude.
