If 0 stars was an option I would go with that! I also dont know why this business is listed as temporarily closed, when it still is fully operational I wouldnt recommend this rental company to my worst enemy! Very poor management and lack of service. Our party of five rented a unit from Epic in the ********* condo complex in *******. We quickly ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags - there were only a couple rolls of paper and a few bags. We went to the front desk to get more, they told us we had to call the prop mgmnt company (Epic). We called Epic and were told that it is not their problem and we needed to go to the store down the street to buy more. Im curious why our rental fees dont cover toilet paper or garbage bags.
