I have used Kim Brenda's aervices several times, most recently this summer, and been very happy with her representation.
My husband and I unfortunately have not had a good experience with the listing agent Kim Benda. Not only has she been slow with responses, numerous times when my realtor tried getting ahold of her. For instance I remember waiting outside the home that she had listed to view for well over 20 mins when she knew we were coming to tour, waiting for the code to get in because she had not responded when asked for the code.
