I moved from an Epic Property Management building in one town to an Epic building in another town. I left the apartment I moved from very clean. I moved 54 days ago and have not received my security deposit back. By Oregon law they have 31 days to return deposits. **** has not returned any of my 4 voicemails regarding this. Im forced to find help with Legal Aid.
An area manager needs to go to this location and sort things out with their staff. Its extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone during the week. I am currently waiting on approval whether Im eligible to move in or not and everything has been submitted a week ago, I know it does not take that long to find out the answer. It just seems like Im left hanging.
Cannot seem to get anyone on the phone to talk with! All of the properties have the same phone number and you have to go through the directory and leave a message. The whole system is rigged and unfair. The moment I complained about my upstairs neighbor within two days no call but there was a notice posted on my door for an inspection and its just a random inspection. This property management is the worst there is, first time I have EVER been URINATED ON Then given a 24 hour notice of termination for any normal retaliation. I should have gotten lawyers involved when I couldve but didnt have the funds and or time necessary before having any worse marks on my renters history. Midtown place has more drugs inside its walls than the streets of Vegas and LA put together. If you have a family with kids Please Stay Away from any of Epic property managements properties. Epic is a HORRIBLE company to deal with! They prefer druggies and losers to good tenants and REFUSE to give back deposits. We have documentation as to the way the property was left and yet have had to retain a lawyer! Stay away from them!!!
This place is horrible roach wasp infestation and they are not updated their false advertising

We resolved this matter with the complainant as the patch of grass that was run over belongs to a property that we owned we initially did not initially reach out to the person in question. Upon realizing that the complainant was upset about the grass and after hearing their reasoning, we issued an apology and plan to repair the grass. This issue was resolved swiftly.
Someone from your company ran over my yard. 3514 23rd street. It is horrific. Rutted and damaged the grass that we attempted to fox for the past two years. It finally grew back and a truck and trailer just ran over it. There was no note left on my home to notify me. My neighbor watched the inconsiderate action happen.
Today, 1-10-18, I was lead to believe by ***** ***** of Epic Mgt LLC Bend Oregon, that we would come to a solution regarding the upstairs neighbors and myself. Under false pretense I was told to come to the ***** ******* office at 12:30 pm to discuss and find a way to live peacefully with the upstairs neighbor.
