RecommendedI’ve used Epic several times, and I always receive fast, courteous, and extremely competent service (hard to find these days). They sent someone out within an hour of my call on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. Darrel diagnosed my problem within a few minutes and the job was complete in under an hour. He is definitely an expert in the field.

All I have to say is DO NOT give these guys your personal information such as a credit card to pay for your services because their I.T. guy, Russ Howe likes to hack and keylog computers as his "side job" I know this because my ex husband had him do it to my computer. And once he got all my personal information he started logging in and changing my passwords... There are now criminal charges pending at this time.
I called Epic to come out to install a new water heater and they arrived that same afternoon and did a great job. It was so nice to have hot water again in the cold January!
I have had to call three times already this year. I only wish my kids would stop clogging the toilets with hair spray caps and toys. Lol Great customer services and quick response time. I am happy to refer Epic to all my friends, family and clients.
