We attended speech therapy with Alex at this center for six months. Throughout that time, she consistently praised Denys and gave us positive feedback. However, at the end of the six months, she stated that she was unable to achieve any therapy goals, that her license might be at risk, and that we should look for another center or find a Russian-speaking therapist. Just trying to speak with whomever answered the phone for appointments was like pulling teeth. I explained I had orders, needed to see what their first availability for an initial appointment was and the reply was " uh we open at 8 am and it will depend on the therapist". I apologized that perhaps I hadn't asked the right question, so I rephrased providing all the same info. The reply was, 'Uuuuhhhh you'll need a referral". Told her I already had that and she seemed to still be confused...... Forget it!!! Just getting genera... read more

Epic Pediatric Therapy is an amazing company because they have professional physical therapists, Occupational therapists, and speech therapists Like my child Mckayla Nate’s by the names Ms Jessie Beausoleil, Ms. Susie, and Ms. Valerie. I thank God for the Existence of this company. They work very hard and go above and beyond to help my child get better and better every day. We are grateful for epic pediatric therapy and it’s wonderful staff members.
