Ben did a wonderful job on my nails today. His attention to detail was impressive and he really made sure I was happy! I got the builder gel with cat eye and I can’t tell you how many compliments I have gotten already today!!! This pic doesn’t do it justice but the colors are amazing depending on the angle and the light.

My best friend and I came here to get our nails and toes done, and overall I had a wonderful experience with Nail Tech Zen. We did have a small issue with another nail tech who was very rude to my friend. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but when my friend asked for a certain shade of pink for the base of her French tip, she responded by saying, “You can go somewhere else.” That was very unprofessional and upsetting. My first time visiting, and I’m glad I did! Tami did an amazing job! The atmosphere was nice and staff was amazing! I’m definitely returning. I’m spoiled now thanks to Tami! 😊

I keep giving this place chances, but they are consistently pretty rude and make unnecessary comments. I feel ugly with my lash extensions and they were not similar to what we agreed upon. This was my first time getting them and I didn’t have extremely high expectations, but I feel let down and irritated. I feel like I look trashy and I just want my money back.
