Over priced. No personalities. They pick and choose how much to charge. No set prices. Same design can change by a $20 difference if they feel like it!! "We"stopped going there. It's like they rush you in and rush you out with no time to have a nice experience. I went faithfully too. Never again! We are good! I almost forgot! They upcharged for pedicure with massage but you don't get the massage! There's a guy walking around rushing the ladies and making the experience even worse!!!
I called and asked how much for a full set of gel nails she said 45$ and charged me 65$… I did just a simple gel on my nails. Girls beware. I went here for convenience but never again. NEVER again. Also the shape is just awful. And the cherry on top… 65$ and no cuticle cutting at all. She said that’s an extra 15$…. Absurd.
Went for a dip polish change. Supposed to be $47. The tech said manicure? I said polish change. She charged me $67 for a polish change. IF there was a hand massage or any additional care to my nails, I would have let it slide. But there was not. And this was not the first time this happened. Also the tech offered to do my eyebrows. I declined, she proceeded to talk about how bad they needed to be done for the rest if the service. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable and untrue.
