Awful experience here. I did the signature pedicure and this has to be the worst polish I’ve ever had. The top coat polish was goopy and it was noticeable to the technician and she continued to use it. Some of my nails aren’t even full covered with polish. I could do a better job myself using my non dominant hand. I complained to the receptionist and of course the manager was “not there” and they offered to repolish but after already spending over an hour I couldn’t waste anymore of my time. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for 4+ years. Recently, when the owner, Anh, was unavailable, I scheduled with his brother-in-law, Tony. Tony did a great job, so I requested him for my next appointment. Since making that switch, the dynamic changed. When I entered the salon for my latest visit, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. TERRIBLE PLACE! Took the lady 15 minutes to do a “pedi” no cleaning. Just dipped my feet in water dry and paint. And charge $33 for 15 minutes?! This was robbery and speaking there dialect about customers! Please don’t come here very unprofessional and not sanitary!

This was one of the most un-hygienic nail salons I have ever been to. Every counter/station is filthy with previous clients nail clippings etc. They do not wipe down stations between customers and re-use the same towels. They use the same tools on every customer, no sanitizing happening that I could see. Manicure lasted about 1 week. I will not go back.
