Had the worst pedicure I’ve ever received from Kathy at Epic Nails. I’ve been a loyal client for years, but after today, I will no longer be returning. Kathy was rude, dismissive, and delivered a sloppy pedicure. When I asked for my French tips to be cleaner and thinner, she told me, “They’ll get smaller as your nails grow out.” The lines were crooked, my nails were cut into a rounded shape I never asked for, and she even upcharged me after I expressed I was unhappy. Absolute horrible service. I recently broke my thumbnail and stopped in to have it repaired. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by six or more technicians asking how they could help. The moment I said I only needed one nail fixed, they all turned away and ignored me. I had to ask again if anyone was available to help. I was then told that everyone suddenly had appointments and couldn't assist me, even though there were four or more technicians who appeared to be free. Horrible service. The lady who did my pedicure cut me really bad, bleeding didn’t stop for almost an hour.
Been coming here for 3 years now. I have always received great friendly costumer service. Leslie is the best she does my eyebrows and nails!
Workers are nice but the results on pedicure disappointing. Came home and notice heels were rough after a deluxe not basic pedicure .The products used were disappointing. I had a better pedicure in MX and feet were soft for a week. Not worth the $75. (Not including the tip there was a $10 up charge for color )Again the service is nice and people , but very disappointed.with end results
