This place is horrid. Never go here. I booked an appointment for 3:30 and did not get seen until 4:30. Bad customer service. The woman laughed at me and proceeded to make fun of me, thinking I couldn’t understand her. Overpriced for a rushed service.
I recently had a manicure and spa pedicure here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The 30-minute foot massage was nothing more than light touching with no real pressure — it felt pointless and not relaxing at all. The worst part was that the cuticles on both feet were not cleaned properly, leaving them looking messy and unfinished. Decent. I get that it’s a busy time before 4th of July weekend but they were so rushed and just did an ok job unfortunately.
