I loved working with Jeff and his team at Epic Mortgage. The communication throughout my mortgage process was AWESOME. Jeff welcomed me with a nice email that explained the entire process and which team member would do what. It was a smooth "handing off the baton" with each lap. This is our second time purchasing a home and I have to tell you it wasn't easy!!! But Jeff made it as less stressful as possible! He was accurate and consistent with answering my questions and concerns! We had a dead line to make and because of him we were able to close on time!!! Jeff and his team worked so hard to get my husband, daughter and me into what could very well be our forever home. Thanks to Epic Mortgage, I'm sitting in my new office to write this review. After being told VA wasn't an option by quicken Jeff and the epic team went out of their way to make sure not only if it was possible but that I knew exactly what I had to do to get it done! They were with me every step of the way and took my concerns serious and helped address them. They are an A+++ team Drew and Kelly were friendly, knowledgeable and just amazing they really made my first home buying experience wonderful!! I'm glad my Realtor Heather referred me there!
