I’m writing to alert parents with their special needs kids as I am one of them. Please run away from this company. In 2016 I had the worse experience with Epic pediatric nursing. They are so unprofessional they will lie to much and they don’t care about the kids care.
I have used this company and the provider care with seniors under supervisor Monique and her CNa are great. One of the best nurses they have is Mrs. Ray she is so excellent.
