Better than the rest! – After experiencing months of spotty coverage by other agencies, we found Epic and have been happy ever since. We were able to meet several different nurses and pick the ones we liked best. If we are ever unhappy with a nurse, they quickly transition between nurses. The people at Epic are very friendly, but more importantly - they're available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Is the place perfect? Well, about as close as you can be in home healthcare.

different nurses all the time, had some that gave very poor care – there is always somebody diffrent coming out we never got a regular nurse. one time we had one that just sat and worked on papers the whole time. some have refused to do things our way . we wanted to find another company because this one got bad nurses. Also sometimes they look dirty and smell like cigaretts. The manager lady is very rude.

These people are idiots – my cousins had this service and they were terrible. Never sent the same person twice, sometimes sent no one at all. very unreliable. I wouldn't recommend them.
