The company’s lack of integrity led to a Bad experience. Highly recommend another company. In August of 2018, we signed a contract that stated “1 full years worth of services.” Halfway through that year Epic Lawn disregarded the contract we signed and entered us into a new contract without our permission or signature. We had no idea that the original contract was over and that we were entered into a different 6 month contract. These people are huge scammers. I would not recommend them ever! They put a couple metal pieces around our pump and moved a switch and charged us 3 times the estimate! Chris told us it would be $300-$400 and it ended up being almost $1,000! This job should have been very easy but apparently their worker, Miguel is not as qualified as other because it took him multiple days to do the job and he had to return to the store 3 times because he didn’t get the correct parts.
We were really impressed with Chris Kinzer's service! Thank you so much!!
Managed to make my apartments grass ALL look like complete crap this whole entire season.
