Been coming to this gym(studio?) for about 6 months now and have seen great results. All the instructors are great and the workouts are fast paced enough that you don't have enough time to think too much about how tired you are. Also each day of the week has a different focus (endurance, cardio, strength, etc) and they change the entire program every month, so you'll never do the same workout more than 5x before it goes away. Epic is sooo sick. I LOVE it. I first discovered Epic on Classpass and recently participated in one of their challenges, which was very very fun. I've never enjoyed waking up for a 6:30am class as much as this one :) All of the coaches are super duper nice (Kayleigh you're my fave!) AND they make sure your form is correct. Their showers are also very clean and always on their A+ game, stocked with everything you need (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, petroleum jelly, q-tips, deodorant) etc which helps me pack light! :) Thank... read more

Trained at Epic in SoMa for a couple weeks. I was very impressed with the instructors - they accounted for all levels of fitness by providing 3 levels of intensity for every move. It was a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend!

Loved this gym, I did the 21 day challenge recently and seriously loved it! I had so much energy after the workouts and really felt like it was worth the investment. Would recommend!
