Due to the incident my daughter had yesterday, she went back today and they deeply apologized for any inconvenience and we realized that sometimes things aren't always as they seem or under our control. They gracefully apologized and gave my daughter her money back, etc. They are a caring business and they have great customer service. With gratitude!
