Scheduled an appointment to have an ultrasound as my physician palpated a mass in my left breast that was obscured by tissue density in the mammogram. Was advised to schedule more than a week out since they were renewing the contract with my insurance. When I arrived, i was informed that the contract had not been negotiated and I would have to pay out of pocket for the procedure.
