The very best people to work with. Always helpful and solving any problems we have very fast. They make sure our son is very well taken care of. I highly recommend this company and ask for Kevin he is the best. He is always willing to help and is very friendly and professional. Epic home care services is amazing. Kevin makes sure to stay in contact with me to see how things are going with us and our nurses. He helped me get through the paperwork process and made sure we got the maximum amount of care hours which is extremely helpful
Epic Home Care has been an absolute lifechanger. Kevin helped us to navigate the Medicaid process to get approved for the number of hours of help we needed per week. Our home aid, Miriam, has been absolutely amazing. She is always punctual and communicates frequently. She has great rapport with our Johnny and is attentive to his varoous needs.
