We’ve used Epic Heating in the past and had decent service, but unfortunately, our recent experience was very disappointing. We scheduled a service appointment, received confirmation, and then they never showed up. Despite multiple calls and texts to follow up, we never received a response. No explanation, no rescheduling—just silence. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. Be warned before depending on them for urgent or routine service. We now have been without a working air unit for 4 weeks.
Truly exceptional from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to update parts of my current ducting to ensure the best efficiency of our new system. During the quoting process he was the ONLY one of 5 contractors to hear and actually quote me on what I requested which was a side discharge unit. He was open and honest about pricing, what he thought we needed in terms of tonnage and also receptive to small changes (even aesthetic ones) during the process. Truly epic service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!
