I would give zero but not a option, called to follow up for approval for hearing aides, very rude, speaking from home on head set, very difficult to hear, contantly on hold, currently 37 min. when told tatamika on hold for long, she got very argumentative and said no. looking at my phone, clearly 37 min. ask for supervisor, none available for 48 hours. Disgusting, horrible company run around, over 20 hrs of calls to my insurance company, EPIC my provider and waited 3 wks and still no go ahead for my audiologist to order hearing aids.
Never been there kept sending me a bill When I talk to him about it they sent me another bill
