The communication at this EPIC healthcare is extremely unprofessional. I was told I would receive a call back the same day regarding an appointment, but no one ever contacted me. When I called again, they immediately responded and informed me that appointments are not available until mid-April. This information could and should have been shared from the start. Wasting patients’ time like this reflects very poorly on the clinic’s management.
Very unprofessional clinic. The Korean lady at front desk is very rude. After setting up an appointment they will cancel you last minute
Not only is the doctor very rude, he is also a useless doctor. Patients most definitely suffer with him as a primary doctor. I recommend any all people-especially koreans- to avoid this incompetent doctor. What a disappointment.
The best Primary Doctor ever. He is very caring, and truly listens to your concerns. The staff are all very helpful too.
