Bad service all around. Long wait. The doctor I made the appointment with has already left for the day. The practitioner who came instead of doctor 40 min later said that they do not do the required test and went to find out who does. Said: “I’ll be back in a few min”. 15 min later I asked where did the practitioner go and the staff told me that he is with another patient. Definitely not coming back
The doctors and staff are fantastic - this isn’t about a problem with them. Epic Health as a healthcare system is just the WORST. First of all, there is NO direct phone line to reach the office directly, which is infuriating. Even though each Epic office location shows a different local phone number, when you call it you’d just get routed to a call center out of the country. My PCP transferred to Epic Healthcare. In my opinion, the check-in process is so UNORGANIZED, the 1 person at the desk was overwhelmed, the PA has yet to send my medication request to the pharmacy and it has been a week. I call to find out where is my medication the person in the call center ( not the actual office) tells me my medication has been sent to the pharmacy, but the pharmacy has no record of it. If you are looking for a medical facility, DO NOT PICK EPIC HEALTH, they are an EPIC FAILURE.
