I rarely leave negative reviews, but after several months dealing with EPIC Health I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My first appointment actually started off well, which is why the decline in service afterward has been so frustrating. Since becoming a patient, I have repeatedly received automated emails and messages stating that my provider’s schedule has changed. Ever since my doctor merged with this company, the level of care dropped significantly. First of all, the phone number gets you into a call center and not directly to the doctor’s office. It takes forever to get through and if you need medication, forget about it. You can never get it by calling. You can also never reach a doctor. Then there is an issue with scheduling. This Health program will not receive one star from me if it would post. Every time I need a prescription refill it takes them no less than 3 days to get it to my pharmacist for the refill. I am a diabetic and I have to take my insulin everyday. If it wasn't for my Doctor that I have been with for over 20 years I would leave this program. I am still contemplating looking for another doctor this is ridiculous.
