Let me re-clarify via my personal experiences in more detail: This place is an exceptionally unprofessional work environment and the staff via first impressions was pathetically unprofessional overall. Firstly, I never heard of this agency. Ever. Secondly, first impressions say a lot about the work environment as well as the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Unprofessional and not compassionate to the needs of clients. My son needed to have a female ABA which he feels more comfortable with. The office dept tried to convince me and mandate me to go with a male therapist, no offense but my son does better and feels more comfortable with a female therapist. So definitely would not recommend this place as it hires worthless people who could care less about helping people with special needs. This place needs a makeover with new professional and dedicated employees.
Administration at Aveanna’s behavioral health department is extremely helpful to their employees offering excellent supervision and support. If a client has a concern they are quick to remedy the issue. Administration carefully chooses behavior technicians and behavior analysts to meet clients’ unique needs.
Agreed with previous comment above. Let me reclarify in more detail: Exceptionally unprofessional work environment and staff overall via first impressions. Staff members were talking loudly and inappropriately amongst themselves about 'getting drunk later' and then making high pitched noises like squeaking while talking loudly, all at the same time while interviewee with interviewer from HR..
