We had an excellent experience with Aveanna in New Jersey. The nurses (Doris and Angela) were truly amazing. They went beyond: helping my son speak and sign, reading to him, carrying all medical equipment’s up and downstairs to help Liam meet the ventilator weaning criteria – exercise, build muscle tone, etc. The office values parents’ opinions - 2nd pairs of eyes on their care details and data integrity and transparent communication. The workplace culture is deeply lacking in ethics and professionalism, with serious concerns surrounding patient safety and staff qualifications.
