I had aveanna for my son in the past and cut ties due to bad experiences and horrible communication. Now attempting to go back for an aid, and already having issues again! You don’t promise someone an aid on a certain date and then days prior say no. Im not a fan of being screwed over. This needs resolved asap or Im done with this company for good!
Awful staff seem friendly but it’s fake. Worst service bad communication, won’t call u back. See Kadyn Snyder’s review, I read it, I don’t know her, I can say it’s true cause same thing happened to me.
