My son had 2 great Nurses, but they do not know how to handle certain situations and the fact that they dropped my son without no prior notices leaving him not being able to attend or finish the school year was very unfair to him. I do not recommend using this agency at all. They are the worst ever!! They are always switching management and do not know how to run things. They couldn't even give us a new Nurse to try out too see if things would go better for him.
This company frequently changes its office staff and management. Working with or receiving services from them is beneficial only when there is a good management team in place. Since Austin moved to a different office, the situation has deteriorated. The new manager shows little regard for the employees or patients and prioritizes saving Aveanna money at the expense of everyone else. I would not recommend this company for any services. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Aveanna. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and able to staff our needs right away. The nurse they provided for my daughter has been absolutely fantastic—compassionate, skilled, and truly invested in her well-being. The office has been fantastic with following up, checking in with us frequently. We highly recommend Aveanna Healthcare to anyone in need of home nursing services! Thank you Aveanna!
This company has been the biggest joke i have ever used. One of their nurses hurt my son 3 different times and they still did NOT care. Then i receive a call about them dropping my son for no reason. They have not put my sons name on the list that goes out to nurses every MONTH!!!
