Genuinely awful to work with. They sent my grandfather who is on a feeding tube and can hardly speak the incorrect syringes for his feeding tube. This made it unable for him to eat. They said “there is nothing I can do about that. You will not get syringes until your next billing cycle” when we asked what do we do if he runs out and has nothing to feed himself with. They said “that is just too bad sir I am sorry, you will have to go to the hospital.” This lady even went so far as to use curse words and hung up on my grandfat... read more
They don't know how to do their job and they don't know how to take care of the customers as well Also there's never a supervisor to speak with
Although there is much I could say, I will keep it brief. The staff are unprofessional and often disrespectful toward customers Additionally, there is no manager available to address concerns calls are only handled by staff
I do not recommend this place to anyone as they do not take care of their customers in a proper way and they are not will at at their job
The staff are not well trained. They don't know how to do their job and they will disrespect anyone
