Aveanna has been providing care for my son for more than 8 years now and I am currently working on setting up care for my grandson. When I first started home health care for my son more than 10 years ago we had used 2 other agencies and did not have very good experiences with them. Had unprofessional and negligent aides caring for my child. Besides my child falling and hurting themselves numerous times under their “watch”, one aide abandoned her shift and the office wanted to “talk it through” and send her back which was appalling. We were sent another aide who turned out to be insane, one day began yelling at me as she left our home when asked a question about documentation, then reported to the agency that I had pushed her and took her phone.
