I am extremely disappointed with the nursing services my family received. As the parent of a special needs child, I rely on competent and dependable nursing care so I can work and meet my family's needs. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Before a nurse is placed with a family, parents are supposed to have the opportunity to interview and approve the nurse.
