We use Aveanna for home health nursing for our daughter and have had a great experience with that whole team, which is separate from their PT/OT/Speech team. Their in-home PT/OT/Speech services have been an absolute nightmare to work with. To be clear, I am speaking strictly to their administrative practices. I had/have applied twice for the Healthcare Admin- Staffing Coordinator position. In January and was supposed to receive a call for a phone interview/discussion on 1/5/24; no one called at the scheduled time. So I myself emailed the point of contact (Ms. Del Rio) and asked what happened and why I hadn't been contacted yet, and she stated I wasn't on her schedule, but she apologized and called anyway.
